On 06.09.2019 I made a cash deposit on my account as a customer of VB Oberkärnten. The transaction at the "3". Switch, in the back of the building, was carried out without problems, However, I was already completely annoyed by the treatment at the front two switches (not perceived, wait to leave, rude tone). On the way back, I wanted to ask a question, but let it stay, because I - despite hiring at the counter - again was not noticed. I am not used to such behavior in Spittal, otherwise I would have responding. Side question: Why are clients of the Doctors Bank and especially the secretaries of the State Dental Association for Carinthia treated so badly by Volksbank employees.
