Not even setting up a disinfectant in the self-service area in corona times is cheeky !! Every supermarket can do this, but forcing customers to touch the touch displays unprotected is simply unhygienic!

Although it is visually stylish and finally the problem was solved in terms of software that you can also deposit "MORE COINS". But this machine doesn't even show how many coins are inside when counting. And as always with BAWAG: At least once a week, either the coin counter or the entire deposit machine does not work. An imposition for everyone who has to pay in the evening. Almost a year later, the deposit machines at both BAWAG branches in Klagenfurt are still working rather modestly. ONLY € 2 € 1 and 50 cents coins are deposited once, but the amount counted remains below that and shows an amount with e.g. 32 cents On January 16, 2021 I deposited € 2,230 in bills and € 387.20. 18 € in 2 € and 1 € coins do not want to take the thing. (Flawless coins that my coin counter recognizes without any problems) So € 369.20 should have been deposited in coins. This time, however, the machine showed € 330.10. So € 39.10 too little. I'm used to that and unfortunately I can't do anything about it, except to keep paying for it out of my own pocket. But so far these have mostly been amounts under 1 € (but still adds up over years) But such a high amount as on January 16, 2021 is really a joke. If it is up to the devices, perhaps the provider should be changed at some point. At every other bank I know, the operation and speed devices work far better and I have never had such problems before.
