Customer service is unfortunately a foreign word for the lady at the counter. My friend "fed" me twice and blamed her for a mistake by the bank itself. There were no suggestions from the bank employees - not even to call another branch. So we had to drive around the area for an hour and then we were able to clarify everything in the other branch without any problems. The employee there was the opposite: very understanding and competent.

A modern bank branch with nice bank staff. There are lots of money and money transfer machines in the Forjet. There is also a nice red chair there. There is also parking space in front !! Have a look !! 😄

Very bad customer service from the lady behind the counter should think about taking a course to learn how to deal with customers .... Ps: Very sad how she deals with customers ....
