It is extremely unfortunate that you have to go into the Spar and all the way back to get your package. There couldn't be a more stupid solution.

Every time a disappointment to see that the package was delivered to this post, because this employee is either cheeky or too lazy to check carefully whether the package has arrived. I always hope again that you probably only had one bad day, but it has been found that your way of working is like that!

I am very disappointed. I was sold a package (for filling and shipping) where the glue on the tabs did not hold properly. When I send that, the package opens when it is delivered and everything falls out. Instead of listening to me, I was simply accused of breaking the package myself, which it definitely wasn't. The employee was so rude. Instead of listening to me, she accuses me and then ignores me and leaves me standing. Unbelievable ... I will definitely not go there anymore. So lazy that you can blame the customer for a broken product. Can't be beaten anymore. I would rather take the detour to the branch at the main train station.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. the people here are pretty rude and not helpful. just laborious
