Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna

Big robbery, they stole my money!! I made a booking for May 2021, they cancelled it due to the pandemic, and they refuse to refund me! They lie to me when I call asking for a refund saying it’s up to Booking.com and they don’t answer our emails or Booking’s emails! I’m so mad, 700€ the booking! Total robbers

Great location, good building. Otherwise, dusty rooms, no valet, no bellman, no concierge, no room service, no restaurant. The hotel is staffed by the receptionist. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

No 5 star hotel 1. Miscommunication. I Was asked to perform another additional payment. 2. The supervisor of the staf (mr. Stephan) made it even worse - arrogance - voice raising : the whole lobby hear us talking. - kept interupting. - kept discussing and turning into circles. - no apologies! - he kept repeating: NO payment received. Loud, everyone could hear. - kept resisting, even showing proof. A 3rd person was called. She was Calm and clear. Problem solved in 2 min. Total duration check out: 45 min. 3 Aug 2020 12:00-12.45 Furthermore, lack of disefection gel. No masks. no room service. No bell boy. No 24/7 reception at 12am. No staff. Broken computers reception. No 2nd card. No late check out while we checked in at midnight. You name it. For sure no 5 star hotel as advertised, not in service and not in facilities. This in times of Covid 19 !! Last time Radisson. Ps. I regret staying our holiday time here. It is no need to reply me here.

Great location. Great hotel. Lovely and warm. Just what you need when it is so cold outside. Staff very friendly at check in and we were able to check in a little earlier than anticipated. Definitely one to recommend.

Excellent location! 5 minutes walk to almost everything you want to see downtown. We love Radissonblu because of their amazing staff. The employees are always smiling and very helpful!! The rooms can use some update but still not too bad. I gave 5 stars for the location and the friendliness of the staff. Especially the service of the bar tenders were exceptional. Thanks a bunch! ❤️🤩
