Very nice, modern practice. I have had osteopathic treatment with Mr. Frenzel several times. I can recommend him without reservation: very friendly, very competent. He was very patient with my problems. We discussed exactly what we want to achieve with the treatments. My symptoms have almost completely disappeared after the four treatments and I now know what to work on as soon as they come back.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the practice, especially an osteophat there - I can't say much about his professional qualifications, his social skills and empathy, both non-existent

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with the practice, after borderline physiotherapy I stopped the therapy, made an appointment with an osteopath at the suggestion - this was canceled prematurely after the gentleman did not address my very bad previous experience, but first a paper wanted to have filled in with the complaints - although all of this was already known in practice. The osteopath lacked any social skills to confidently go into a new therapy after the difficult previous experience. Nevertheless, the practice has fully insisted on all invoices. What a shame!
