Large and professional law firm. We have always been well advised, whether legal counsel, analysis or legal advice, many thanks to the entire team. In addition, I would like to add that the law firm BLS provided me with telephone information regarding a consumer protection issue without any red tape, thank you very much for your professional help once again. If I need legal advice, I go to the BLS lawyers.

Today, as a HDI legal protection insurance customer, I took advantage of a telephone consultation for a real estate law problem. I was immediately conveyed to a very dedicated young lady, who explained to me in great detail the situation, open questions, documents to be collected and next steps. I have some experience in law and can argue that she asked exactly the right questions to fully grasp the problem and ultimately provide me with solid information. It would have been better not to be able to provide any information, especially by phone, and many a long-established lawyer (I have already had bad experiences elsewhere) should cut a slice here!

I really do not know how this law firm comes to such reviews !? My legal expenses insurance has connected me to this law firm and this has assigned me to a lawyer "candidate". All the necessary documents are already on him since 25.04.2019, happened in almost 4 weeks absolutely nothing at all. On the contrary, with several phone calls I was told by this lawyer "candidate" that he had a lot to do. After 4 weeks of inactivity, I asked him on Friday to send me a short email for my legal expenses insurance, which he was not able to take over my case due to "workload". That would put me in a position to change the law firm. Even he did not do that despite the promise. This law firm desperately needs a complaint from the Bar Association! Even the one star for this law firm is already too much!
