The worst of all !!!! Every 6th month they send me an invoice with about € 600, - !!! Phoned in June and supposedly 3 months were still open and then everything ready including termination and collection costs! Now I get another bill of € 600, - for the collection costs !!! Try to clarify everything with a lady who shouts at me and always says the same thing and as the lawyer mentioned, she has ended the conversation and hung up !! An impudence!!

Very competent and I would recommend everyone.

First of all, a very unfriendly law firm. Had an installment agreement with them met - I was then unfortunately unemployed and said that I can not pay now - they had nothing better to do than to complain immediately - is probably a joke. , Now they give me no way to pay the amount of about 3000 € in installments .. I would if it would go, 0 stars 🤷🏻♀️ E-mails can be written anyway as many as you want - it is simply said that they never arrived. Too bad that the A1 Telekom works with such a dubious law firm - I would be interested in how others are satisfied with this law firm ..
