Heike is the first yoga teacher I really like - I've tried yoga in several places, but never found the "right" teacher - I feel very comfortable with Heike. Heike takes into account health restrictions, it is practiced and does not take long to chat, she has a very nice and pleasant pronunciation and voice - I also find that very important in yoga, she is sensitive and has a nice and very friendly charisma. My friend is also attending classes with her - he is not very flexible, but it has already improved a lot. Heike is his first yoga teacher - he too enjoys her classes and her as a teacher.
