A very informal fitness center. You have a large selection of exercise equipment and at the same time it is very clear where all the equipment is. The staff are always friendly and motivated, as well as ready to answer any questions. It is always nice to be able to work out with them!

For the most part new super MATRIX equipment, renovated outdoor area in the sauna area !! Cardio equipment with TV, Internet, Instagram, You Tube, training programs and much more! Just great !!!
