Completely incompetent staff. My partner is new to betting and wanted to place a bet on american football. I don't know if the staff memebr in question was new or not but she didn't even appear to know what american football is. We felt very uncomfortable and embarressed. Will not be returning.

The problem is the machines and that's what playing is all about. The 1 star is for the staff who are friendly and competent. The machines are, at least the last few months set absolutely underground, free spins that hardly pay anything, they are much too rare, absolutely not recommended. The restaurant itself, sitting upstairs and watching TV absolutely ok, just as I said, it is best not to play at all, but least of all in winwin steyr.
