Short-term appointments possible, short waiting times, short-term, no information about medication and mode of action (injection due to back pain), subsequent heat treatment in a room about 10 square meters (keyword Corona) including 4 further patients (two with infusions, one sitting next to one, one behind a curtain without sufficient privacy to change the dressing) for a period of 30 minutes, without saying goodbye and without the opportunity to ask
