I am currently on a camping holiday and had the problem that my refrigerator was not cooling properly. Called Caravan Ramberger and help was there less than half an hour later! Everything has been thoroughly checked and viewed. Ultimately, it turned out that there is simply too little food in the refrigerator and, accordingly, too much air, which is very difficult to cool down. Nothing was charged for travel, control and advice because "he was passing by on the way anyway" ... Can't believe what amazing and helpful people are here! At this point, again, MANY THANKS !!! And if you, dear reader, have a problem with your caravan, Caravan Ramberger is warmly recommended!
