I had an appointment on 12.08.2020 at 10 am. I went to the office at that time and nobody was there. I called them 20 times for 30 minutes but nobody answered. I also send them an email but again nobody replied. One hour later, I called them again. This time they answered the phone and told me that they called me yesterday (11.08.2020) but they could not reach me and they are at holiday right now. Nobody called me at 11.08.2020. In addition, they had my number correctly because they have saved my number from their screen. Once I called them for appointment, they were already seeing my number. They also told me that I can get a new appointment in September. I did not want it of course. I do not want to get an appointment which will be cancelled again. So if you want to get an appointment from Dr. Michael Pernatsch, you need to be aware of that your appointment can be cancelled for no reason.

The organization is bad, I made an appointment with the doctor I wanted in the practice and when I was there I was called and treated by another doctor. It was said that my doctor would never be there that day, totally strange because I emphasized on the phone which doctor I wanted the appointment with. You feel fooled! The treatment was not optimal either, food collects in the filled teeth.

Super doctor! The ordination staff is also very friendly and competent!

Appointment for oral hygiene booked via the online system. Was canceled a week before, but then confirmed after consultation by phone. After that, a cancellation by phone two days before the treatment. Pure chaos! I really can not recommend, especially what you offer an online system when it does not work.
