Unfortunately, I had to learn today that as a patient after a break of 1 year from check-ups (because the medication worked well) you are no longer welcome. I am now a NEW customer again and there are no appointments available for them. I was always very happy, but this handling disappointed me. Very bad !!!!

True, years ago with her there had still worked with the Youth Welfare still together. Only she did not help me she played with the office. I'm 12 years old, you just do not do it.

Unfortunately, the communication in this team is not correct, because I could not be provided at the appointment the telephone agreed performance. Apart from that you should put the agreed amount of the fee note directly after the greetings already on the counter. Almost make an advance payment. Can one as a customer now see how one would like? There are qualitatively better colleagues in this industry.
