As a newcomer - compression stockings - I had expected advice and selection, especially since these products are used to advertise in the shop window. Black or beige - was the only question. 2 times in the shop as the only customer - so it can't be due to time pressure. I will no longer get the upcoming regulations and other needs there.

They made the insoles 2 sizes larger than I ordered. After a few days of communication, nobody from Ortoproban would not help me. They don't care about customers. Really bad experience.
