Crossfit Arch

Most of the trainers are super awesome (Paul with gymnastics- one of the best), the gym is well equiped, very clean and the opening hours are good. People that frequent the gym are also pretty nice, there is a cool athmosphere. HOWEVER, how dare you charge me for the time the gym was closed due to corona, although I gave you an email immediately after you closed to cancel my NON-BINDING subscription?!? What did you do? You tried to guilt me into thinking about everybody that works there and how it is a difficult time for you. I told you my job is in danger as well and Guess what? I lost my job. And I am minus 200€ for the 2 workouts that I managed to do in early march. You are back in business, I am not. I think what you did lacks both empathy and professionalism. Shame on you! PS: when I signed the contract I was told at the reception that 2 weeks notice is enough to cancel, but it turns out that it is not accurate Conclusion: the gym per say and its services I would recommend, but the customer care really put me off!

Great equipment and good location

Dropped In. Awesome functional fitness studio. Has everything. The fitness studio is under the bridge and that makes it super cool! Place is cleanly maintained also.

A fantastic Crossfit center! CrossZone 1190 provides training on a very unique location with beautiful indoor and outdoor facilities. The center's clean and spacious training areas and open gym provide everything a Crossfitter could wish for (and more). I enjoyed a warm welcome from Vanessa and the other friendly staff on my drop in training. (Don't leave without trying the showers, they exceed all expectations!)

Terrible information service for holiday opening hours, they have only printed it on their card reader device inside the gym, no english website, no info on their website and no one in the gym to give you some update. 😡
