U-SPORTS Personal Training - 1090 Wien

Training at U-Sports for over a year has been a life-changing experience. I lost over 10kg of fat, gained muscle, learned to exercise properly, and greatly improved my eating habits. For the first time in my life, I am somewhat happy with what I see in the mirror, and actually excited at what kind progress the following months will bring. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough!

A really great team. My coaches taught me a lot and helped me build muscle properly. All of this with a lot of empathy, patience and motivation. With the good price / performance ratio, it's definitely worth the investment!
