Yoga in Mauer

Mrs. Mag. Roswitha Schneider is very professional and very well responsive to every single participant. I also had an individual lesson once and am very excited. That's why I can only recommend "Yoga in Mauer"!

I am always looking forward to the weekly yoga class with Roswitha Schneider, as I find the mix between relaxation and physical exertion very successful. Roswitha is very attentive to the needs of the participants and always brings with them little tips for everyday life. I also find it very pleasant that there is no esotericism and music, but, clearly, the breath and that to find themselves in the foreground. It is always very pleasant and enriching. Anyone who is not only looking for the highest level of yoga, but also wants to gain insights into the world of Ayurveda, is in very good hands with Roswitha Schneider.
