The goal of achieving the maximum load is done quickly, then the question arises, for which you spend the remaining years either with the same exercises or how you manage to combine the high training load with everyday life. But what is particularly annoying are the constant "scientific innovations" that are proclaimed by young enthusiastic (know-it-all) staff members as gospel. All in all, I do not have experienced employees who have been training for a long time and who are able to contribute a bit more to the meager basic rules, or do something like reflection ... but I expect too much for such a high contribution ... by the way - at the beginning of my training I paid € 640 for 2 years, meanwhile it is about 900 ... an end is not in sight - very clever, these two-year contracts, but customers should not be kept longer ...

Here I really practice to exactly strengthen my weak points, the trainers are very attentive and friendly, of course you have to "stay on the ball" because nothing becomes nothing!
