Great EMS training that also includes body analysis and food plans

I have now completed five EMS training units and signed a contract for 12 months. The staff / trainers are always very friendly (shoutout to Jakob), they are also professionally trained - and they also regularly do further training. During a training session, you have the full attention of the trainer and you have been kindly advised if you are not doing the exercise completely correctly - always very patiently. If you communicate the training goals to the trainer, then you work together towards success. Nice! The training location is clean - but it doesn't feel overly sterile, nor are there any strange smells - as another review here claimed - and I look forward to going there every week.

It's a shame that Corona is currently closed. I look forward to training every week. All trainers very friendly and the studio hygienically clean.
