Very small interior area. The thermal water was so cold that although we payed for 4 hours, me and my husband left after 1. If I wanted to swim in cold water, the sea nearby is for free, why would I go into a facility offering thermal water and pay to swim in a cold, small and extremely crowded pool??? It was a ripoff all in all! Oh yes, the advertised "infinity pool" is nonexistent, please do inform yourself and the staff what a infinity pool is and stop your staff from falsely advertising that you have one. We paid extra to have access to it and could only laugh after seeing it! Very disappointing experience!

Recommend • we visited the normal pool area during COVID-19 times - not so crowded:-) There is a normal 25m pool and a fun-pool area. For the very little ones there is a playing area, as well. You can swim from indoor to the outdoor area. Parking is free, refunded at the cashier. Make your online reservation on the webpage, hence you do not have to wait to enter.

A fantastic place to relax with kids. The architecture and design is something you don't see everyday. The location and views over Achensee are simply... stonishing. Very friendly staff. We will definitely repeat.

Just the view is worth every cent paid. The pool is clean and water is warm and nice. The outside pool has a mesmerising view of mountains and the lake. Outdoor playground and obstacle courses not only entertain the children but the adults alike. A truly unique experience! I will be back!
