No free delivery, everything has to be picked up in the branch. Why do I pay postage when I have to pick up myself? This is their job !!!

I was in St.Johann this week and had the daily newspaper sent to me from Frankfurt am Main. The issue Monday and Tuesday came on Thursday and then it was over. It worked in Switzerland and Denmark. Not a great achievement.
