I've been waiting for my parcel for a month, the customer service (if you finally find a valid number after an eternal search) is incompetent and very unfriendly - after 10 minutes in the queue (paid number), for example, they simply hung up.
Really not recommended if you actually want to get your package.
Bad worse the worst
Would recommend everyone to have NOTHING delivered by DPD, it couldn't be more unreliable or incompetent!
If you already thought that others are bad, then there is DPD
Package takes forever to be delivered, only that it is then lost. Extremely bad postal service because you can't recommend it.
