In the permanent exhibition in the former country house of Peter Rosegger (1843-1918), you can discover interesting and amusing details from Peter Rosegger's life and work on the basis of personal everyday objects, letters and documents. During his lifetime, the writer and poet was well known and was in close contact with numerous artists of his time.
The Rosegger Museum in Krieglach shows Peter Rosegger from another angle in 2018, inviting him to become acquainted with new, hitherto neglected aspects of the writer, journalist, poet, forest farmer and tailor apprentice. A lovingly designed, very interesting museum!
Very interesting and informative. The dying room on the first floor, like the living room, exudes its very own aura because it is still in its original state.
Very nicely prepared museum about the great Peter Rosegger!
Rosegger's Waldheimat has always fascinated me and therefore there were a lot of interesting things to see in the museum
