The service is disastrous, on the night of the end of the year it took 4 hours to serve 5 dishes. One of the very unpleasant waitresses removed a dish from a minor because it contained a minimum portion of alcohol when the adult responsible for the minor had agreed on the minor consuming the dish that it was served to her, but seconds after this really disrespectful waitress told us in a really bad ways and manners to give the dish back to her when it was already served by another waitress. For the amount of people in the restaurant that night the quantity of waitresses wasn’t enough. The service as I said before was really really slow that we left before the already planned menu came to an end. Came with really good expectations and left with a really bad feeling. The place itself is really nice but I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there if you don’t want to spend 5 hours having dinner. To add up the price was so so high regarding the service provided. The food wasn’t even good and the final price was of 518€ (4 people) plus the price payed to make the actual reservation. Such a disappointment.
Wonderful place. Carefully saved authentic interiors are ideal adding to the menu which is perfectly balanced by categories. And Oscar goes to creme brulee)
Food was excellent and service is also par excellent. A bit of a hike walking up. There was a wedding going on at the time of our visit but they were really nice to accommodate us and allowed us to preorder our food.
Spent lunchtime at the museum with some delicious local sourced food on the terrace when it started raining so after lunch, we moved inside and took the tour of the museum which is rather small but very informative and good for any age with several audio and Video points.
We didn’t experienced the dining experience but the private rooms looked really something special!
Kids loved the gardens and playground as well.
Try the ice cream!
This is a fantastic place for dinner. It's a beautiful old residence and interesting enough for that alone but the owners and staff are passionate about giving you a great experience. You can eat in the great hall or one of the smaller rooms like the library . The wine and schnapps collection is good but the food is the real winner here. Everyone in our party said they had one of the best meals for a while. Ingredients and attention to detail is very good. It's an upscale dinner but prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!!
