This "gym" is a joke. I had a 3-month contract and got a digital key as a form of a bracelet, which, if the trainers are gone at noon or in the evening, will allow them to come in anyway. It said when I bring this back, it returns the stake (10 €). Now I set off today to bring the back and the lady said only she had no "hackerl" at the time of the 10 € made the contract so it was not paid and she gives me now nothing back. I paid at contract decision as much as 180 € for 3 months to use some broken devices and then get the answer that they do not give me even the ridiculous use returns. As already mentioned an absolute impudence!

Unfriendly answer after call and questions about the mandatory contract. No kindness and understanding of unjustified costs, despite payment in due time of the fee in the contractually agreed period. In addition, clearly delayed response and confirmation of termination. In addition, the letter of formal notice also threatens the lawyer. From the account reminder fees and trainer fee are simply collected without notice. The fine print was not explained when the contract was signed. In addition, the coach is rarely available.
