Long waiting times 😠
Used this office on numerous occasions to send out boxed packages. Staff doesn't always speak good English, but has always been very helpful and polite. Very good experience overall!
The personnel was, in the lightest sense, very ignorant and rude. A1 store herein was not even attended by a personnel. Location is good, quality of service down.
Was back in this branch today on December 11th, 2020 to finally deal with my problem positively. But no result, I was told by the young LADY with glasses in spite of my request that she should check whether a payment has already been received with the words "I HAVE SAID I CALL YOU WHEN THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED" Apparently this YOUNG LADY is too lazy or something always to work. Called 3 times on December 4th, 2020 and with each call about 8 minutes on hold and still nobody answered the phone. Is that what Bawag customer service looks like ?? CAN ONLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOIDING THIS BANK
