Impossible! When requesting some documents to pay off the loans, they do not give the wife any information, they need a power of attorney, otherwise you won't get any information at all, even though I'm the wife, they just don't even want to send the documents home 😠 you are simply blocked on the call and unfriendly too 😡 had nothing to do with customer-friendly, honest! 0 stars from me, 1 star I pressed so that I can write a review!

Unfriendly employees, where everything else is more important than the customer. Even handing over a document, which employees only have to send to headquarters, becomes an almost impossible task due to unwillingness.
