Opening times are actually a joke ...! you can switch to an internet bank at the same time .. which is also much cheaper ..
I called 1000 times without lying and no one answered! FOR WEEKS!!! Bank was changed.

I have had many years of very good experience with this bank, but after my long-time caregiver retired and another colleague took care of my affairs, unfortunately not anymore.
Incompetent, rude and outrageous, my new experiences were then, until I changed the bank.
I find in times like these, where online banking is becoming more and more natural and the banks will not face a positive future, you should strive even more for the customers!
