I went to AKV for a credit report for myself which was required at the MA35 to renew my resident card. They are quite efficient, and got it in 10 minutes. They are very professional and was even warned me about the fact that the credit report from them may not work at the MA35. But issued only after I assured them it works fine, which was the case.

Received unjustified reminder. So they have formally contacted to clarify the matter and never get feedback. Consequently, I was forced to pay without education. Makes an untrustworthy and incompetent impression.
