The best Ems studio. I trained here for a long time and got the best results. The coaches really challenge you, because that's the only way to achieve success. The studio is small, but I thought it was great because there are no walk-in customers. The showers and changing rooms are also really clean. Unfortunately, I can no longer train here by moving. Tried another studio afterwards and it's not a comparison. You can see what trainers are all about. If you want to try EMS, you've come to the right place

I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to do something good for their body and health, it is only 20 minutes but as intense as spending 2 hours in the gym. For me as a diabetic, it was important to do sports and thanks to my trainer who demanded me and knew my goals, this also contributed to the fact that I am no longer diabetic. I'm looking forward to training from week to week.

Unfortunately I can not give more stars because I never enjoyed training in this studio, I tried several times to make an appointment by phone. Unfortunately my calls were not accepted or answered and when I wanted to come in personally the door was locked despite the fact that according to Google it should have been open ?? Now I have a personal trainer who comes to my home. Not professional ;-(
