Good located bank house, most of the time friendly staff in service hall. Commercial-, Corporate- and Private Banking as well. Focused on regional service banking and Italian market.

Very dissatisfied .. the employee at the counter was very rude ... as a customer you immediately feel uncomfortable when you have the feeling that you are disturbing the people in their everyday life. Better drive 20km to my bank branch before I set foot in here again.

Unfriendly and unprofessional that describes the customer service Martina PICHLER ... You are looked at from above and if you forget to speak to YOU ​​you are afraid that you will be treated like on the construction site ... With statements like "with you we are far from being my master, etc.", .. Before I visit this branch again, I prefer to drive 20 minutes to my old house in Ferndorf where the customer service does not believe it is something better ... I think that who has missed his job .. And that was not the first time that this customer service looked after you in such a disparaging way
