Very arrogant employees. Unfortunately not informed about the bank's own products. No service, no help with technical questions. I was a PSK customer for years and was apparently taken over by Bawag if you can put it that way. Unfortunately no more extensive branch network due to the elimination of PSK positions. It is a pity that a once good bank is no longer recommended.

You can call for hours - someone NEVER answers. If you go there yourself, it is only with an appointment, but as if nobody answers.
