Very unfriendly reception, very condescending. In my opinion, customers are not treated that way. Apparently they have enough customers that they no longer need new ones.

The employee who served me unfortunately could not help me, but was nevertheless attentive and friendly. It is very clean and very modern. The ATMs have always worked.

not very friendly reception, discretion and attention are apparently a foreign word, data protection guidelines may not really have been incorporated. The customer may not be king here.
