Appointment, waiting time, investigation, friendliness - everything is okay.
But months of findings wait? No answer to several Urgenzen? That is not how it works!
Update after the answer:
The specialist had already sent the findings directly after our visit - by fax and confirmed. Her ordination was not available by email. Her co-worker accused me of lying, and then admitted that the email address was not retrieved ...
You were not reachable by phone because the Austrian team in the Levi. All well and good, but check the working structures in your practice, it can not be that patients suffer.
There is no excuse for unfriendly treatment by your co-worker. Oh well, I do not think anybody apologized ...
