Such a anti-client, arrogant and misinterpreted behavior I have never experienced! Had an appointment in June for vein examination, where I was also recommended sclerotherapy. Everything was great, Dr. Amann and his assistant were very friendly and accommodating. I was told that you get about 50% of the GKK for medical need refunded. I recently had the appointments for a sclerosis in October / November with Dr. med. Amann agreed. Today I had a phone call at the GKK regarding a few questions about submitted fee notes and why they are so different (at the first call fee it was just under 20%). Anyway, I was simply interested and it has already happened that fee notes have been billed incorrectly. As a result, I also informed myself in general about the cost reimbursement for sclerotherapy and provided very different information than Dr. med. Amann received. Okay, I thought to myself, are there any cuts or that I had Dr. Watson then? Amann misunderstood or the GKK has given me wrong information. What would every person do there? Just ask again, after all, it makes a difference to me for larger sums, because I'm still on hold. Called, was not rude, nor have I put anything under anyone, but only said that I have received this information and would like to hedge again. I was told I can rely 100% on it, many patients have already submitted and there have never been any problems and Dr. Amann would certainly give me no false information and the GKK would have given me a false information. Everything was great, I was calm again and thought everything is great and I'm looking forward to October. 2 hours later, I was called by the assistant and this went full on me. The conversation was presented completely different, I should have committed trust abuse, such a patient as me needs Dr.. Amann not. He has deleted my treatments, he does not want to treat me anymore he has enough patients! I tried to make up my mind, which in view of this incident is ridiculous enough, but it did not work! I have never experienced something like that! A bottomless impudence, so to jump with patients! Well, there are also other doctors and I will have the treatment done elsewhere! Nevertheless, I am outraged by such a behavior and would not have expected such a behavior from a senior physician of the vascular surgery in the LKH Villach!
