The doctor and the lady on the phone are very friendly and courteous. I and my wife are always listened to and also helped. I don't understand how the negative movements came about. We would love to come back.

Everyone is very attentive you never have to wait long Dr Amenitsch and her team are always there for you Birgit in particular tries very hard at the recording.

I came for a blood count. The waiting room lady was friendly. However, the doctor was arrogant and almost condescending at the first meeting. I only went there a second time because of the blood count results. But then she was normal and kind. Even so, the behavior at the first meeting was unacceptable.
