I only have the best experiences! Friendly and competent staff, anyone can have a bad day! Regarding the parking spaces, which some here in the forum denounce, I can only say one thing, learn to drive or walk a few meters! I've never had any problems with this, but I drive a pickup!

Narrow parking lot (new drivers have a hard time parking here) (4 ****) But always nice service (5 ****)

I have a package in the 24 hour pick-up station. I was there on Saturday and there was no electricity, on Sunday I tried again with the same result. Apparently nobody is interested on the weekend and there is no hotline that can be reached. I have had this for the second time (before Corona) and I believe that if you offer a 24/7 service this should also be guaranteed! The staff is again very friendly when you are there during normal business hours.
