Appointment started with 30 delays, advice was given by a trainee lawyer. Despite extensive documentation, he has not dealt with the case. The advice was partly wrong, in my opinion due to the lack of experience. An entire hour was billed, even though the RA called 15 minutes to another case in between. Although I asked for the consulting costs in advance, the consultant only informed me about them after the appointment. Then also net (without VAT). The subsequent billing was also unnecessarily tedious. Never again for me, there are enough other law firms on the market.
