Called in the morning before changing money to find out the prices. The man on the phone said that yes 1.5% will be taken off the amount changed but did NOT mention that this is the exchange fee!
And still you have to calculate the exchange RATE!! So it was a wrong information! Misleading! Not ok
I had a very bad opinion, called umpteen times for information, (40min), then gave up in anger, will dissolve savings accounts
