All construction steps have to be pre-financed from YOUR OWN CASH before you see any money. If I had the money, I would probably not need a loan 🤦‍♂️ also no partial invoices from companies are accepted, so everything has to be financed in advance from your own cash. If we had known, we would have gone to another bank. Absolutely useless for house building

The time it took to process my debt rescheduling after 18 years raises serious doubts. People work here as if they were waiting for their pension. I don't know what to do to speed up the process after 2 months. KSV everything green always liquid never a reminder for me the duration is a disaster.

As a long-term customer (despite a written objection), I was just terminated my Raiffeisen building society account on the grounds that I received "above-average" interest rates, but could of course prevent it if I apply for a building society loan. The time of termination and the way Raiffeisenbank deals with customers is now an absolute cheek and I don't see many reasons anymore that speak against switching to the competition. Unfortunately, I can only advise everyone against bringing his or her finances to the Raiffeisenbank. UPDATE: If you think that it doesn't get any worse - a postal order with the full amount of money has arrived at my parents' house in Austria. I am currently living in Ireland and have until the beginning of December to pick up the money or somehow find another solution (which of course is optimal at this point with COVID-19). "Bravo" to the Raiffeisen Bausparkasse - would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not an option.
