A pure cheek that my wife's e-banking no longer works, she wanted to clarify this and waits like everyone else at an advisor (she did not complain that the gentleman took so long with his customers) whom he advised in his language and she, by the way apparently had a lot of fun doing it. Suddenly the advisor stands up, goes to my wife and says in a harsh tone what she needs because she is standing there like that. She didn't want to announce her problems in front of the other customers and says that she needs help because online banking doesn't work. And he says quite rude again yes then you go to the information I am not responsible for it. And I need at least another half an hour. When she asked if there was no other advisor for her concern, he almost yelled at her and said with a roll of the eyes my God then go to the information, so it's not at all whether there is another advisor. I find that more than rude. I think if he can't be polite to customers, he should maybe work alone in the basement but not with people. Especially since he apparently could be very friendly to the customers who were sitting in front of him. My wife will probably change banks because you don't have to put up with something like that.

Despite all the negative reviews here, we were able to set up our application for pension payment at the counter with an extremely friendly and competent lady (with glasses).

Third branch where I try to deposit coins, but NO does not work! Carrying my savings in the public transport for an hour. Nowhere can you deposit them. Remove these devices right away!
