This place is very spacious, clean and not too busy. I recently trained in a crammed, central budget studio and got a new appreciation for this place. Customers are mostly retirees and professionals from their mid 20s to late 30s. The trainers are competent. The Sauna area is great to relax after a work-out. Added benefit of a beach during the summer and serene views of Alte Donau from the gym.

Very nice atmosphere and a wide range of sports facilities. Nice team and good restaurant.
