Ambassador Locksmiths

Totally unreliable. Sought a safe from their own dedicated website. Drove an hour to pick it up only to be told that the online price has been incorrectly entered ( as are all their other prices listed for all the other safes on their website) and to add another $80. Refused to honour the price from their own site. Coupled with their lack of technical knowledge of their own safes, I found, in all, their customer service totally lacking. Just excellent at making ridiculously lame excuses so sadly whilst I thought trying a locksmith might offer professional service, I was sadly disappointed with this particular one. Try Newcastle locksmiths instead...

Great service and very prompt. Helpful and friendly staff. Re-keyed one lock and replaced a tumbler. Recommend.
