The guy who organized my detailed custom engraving was friendly, helpful and customer satisfaction focused. =)nnHe communicated each step of the way; from sample work through to the final product. Originally I had planned on the engraving being done by hand, but the finish product ended up being done via computer and the end result was flawless. =)nnThey may seem a little pricey at first reaction, but the quality and care in their work most definitely lives up to it. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for custom engraving.

Got a pen engraved. The engraving was beautiful, but they said it'll take 2 hours, it took almost 24hrs!

I had a terrible time at Mister Minit. The lady serving was rude and obnoxious. They over charged me falsely promising a 20% discount that was only applied to 1 of my 3 transactions, which I was not aware until the bill was paid. Overall, it was a poor customer service experience, I will not be returning to this store again.

I had to get a replacement smart key and a new battery for my car remote. Excellent service and cheapest price I found (Mazda quoted me double). Would highly recommend!
