no one answers the phone on any day! phone cuts off after 3 rings to a full voicemail that you can't leave a message, staff blame Telstra! as if they want you to believe they have no control over this issue! sent some paperwork for processing, advised it'll take 3 working days. 20 days later still not done, and noone has looked at it yet.... Sigh.... nonprofessional and pathetic

Absolutely shocking service , They never answer phone calls , they dont call back , unprofessional, and extremely annoying . Love Syria but I hate these guys who
