My partner and I have called on multiple occasions where the office have not answered the phone at all after an hour of us waiting on hold. There is always a long wait at the office as well. Public holiday opening times are not stated anywhere which is inconsiderate for customers who travel a long way. So many people depend on your services therefore I would recommend that you put extra staff to handle these matters. Your customers time matters a lot too. I can understand maybe your team is trying your best to help everyone although for a lot of customers it is very frustrating and time consuming especially when their situation is an urgent matter.

I Was there yesterday and it was closed but I could see that the opening hours were : 9:00am to 3:00pm (Monday to Thursday) except Holidays. I don’t know if it was a holiday yesterday. It wasn’t a holiday for us. If it was closed for some reason they should at least have left a notice. I even checked the website still couldn’t find anything. Everyone’s time is important and we have to compromise on our study/job to be there. Returning empty handed doesn’t feel good.

Please tell the lady in the office to pick up the phone , People are calling for real important paperwork and stuffs not her husband or boyfriend is calling to nag her .

Anyone with the legit answers, should i have to visit consulate office personally to acquire verification letter of my driving license.
