Consulate General of Colombia

Extremely rude service from the woman answering the main number. The first day she simply said 'no, you can only do this in Colombia' and would not listen to any further questions. The second day she refused to speak in English and demanded to only speak Spanish. Eventually admitted she had given wrong advice and that there were processes for what we wanted here in Australia. The manager at this institution should seriously consider the impact that such terrible staff have on Colombia's reputation.

Had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment time citing they were "delayed"

Absolutely disappointing! I called two days ago trying to find out what I could do as I lost my driver licence from Colombia. the girl that answer my call states " we can do nothing, it has to be done in Colombia" she did not take the time at all to suggest or explain to me what I should do. after, I called to the consul in Canberra and surprisingly they gave me all the instructions and details in order to get a certificate from them and apply for a test driving in Sydney. such a poor service in Sydney consulate!!

I'm Argentinian and had some documents to fill out at the Colombian Consulate. The Office staff are very helpful and professional. Greatly recommended

Excellent and professional. Requested a Police Certificate and they emailed to me after 5 hours and no charge. Service is better than the embassy itself.
