Exemplary reception staff who are dealing with difficult and often unrealistic demands by patients. These staff are amazing. This morning I witnessed a customer being very irate with unrealistic expectations about when the doctor must call them (precisely on time). Doctors do not intentionally run late, they are often dealing with unexpected emergencies throughout the day, so can push their calls back. I wonder how this person would have felt if they were the reason that a doctor got behind with their calls. If someone is so very ill that they cannot wait, then perhaps they should be taking them self or their family member off to the local hospital to be triaged. Well done to the staff. I would also like to compliment the pathology lady who took my blood. Their skill was supreme. It is a rare skill to have. Keep up the good work. Margaret

worst medical center i have ever visited. i was a customer for this for 2 years because of dr.Shana when she left this center i continue with them because they are close to my place but really i prefer to travel to another center rather than go there. some of staff at the reception are not helpful and not friendly and some doctors are careless. one day i waited for long time and when i asked about my turn ( i made an appointment with this doctor) they said sorry this doctor has left we can book you for another doctor. the only good thing that if you asked them to fax referrals to imaging centers or specialist clinic they do it easily (which i think all centers do it)

girls in reception are not helpful at all. called on a Saturday to get vaccinated but she doesn't know what it is! then I spoke to a doctor and he informed me I can come get it which is good. When I call to book in a time on Saturday to have the second vaccine, reception told me they do not provide this service on the Weekend!!! I really don't understand how this medical center works

Worst medical centre ever. I suggest no one should go there the attitude of those staffs were like they owned everything. Very very very bad experience in this medical centre. If we are allowed then I would give them minus star.

So upset the gp saw my son 12 days ago with the negative text for covoris-19, they won’t listen when I am talking, just ask me even I had wise special emergency hospital referral and blood text x-ray results. But because they won’t listen to me. They did see my son. How kind clinic they are. And reception did ask my permission to copy my son’s letters, even i told if you do not see my son do not copy my son’s informations. But they still tied to but my son’s letters to their computer. I want know do I have rights. why they did not expect people My private information.
